Which factors most affects in SERP Rankings?

What are the main factors works behind to get higher rankings for particular keywords in SERP?

There is a complex inter-relationship between factors that govern the rankings. To be very brief:
On-page content containing the keywords in prominent positions, i.e. title, h1/h2-tags etc.
(don't overdo it and keyword stuff your page, but keep it flowing).

Off-page: Links from trusted, relevant sites in plain text with a suitable anchor text using some form of the keyword.

 

it's very complicated and no one can tell you for sure. Also there is no one sasnwer and if it was that easy I could make millions selling the secret rather than giving it away for free here. The only aspects that Google is very clear about that effect page ranking and serps are;

Link building via blogs, link exchanges and article directories, and good on page SEO

 

Backlinks can improve ranking better than anything else.

 

I think STRONG backlinks or one way links increase your PR! Content, appropriate, not excessive optimization are considered!

 

Backlinks from relevent sites can help to improve ranking for keywords in serp.

 

I totally agree with homebizseo in other words we can say off page activities more affect your SERP's.

 

Effective keywords analysis and optimization should be one of the major factor to rank well in SERPs.

i think on page optimization is better way of got the good rankings

 

The basic idea is to get variations of the keyword in your page title, description, h1 tags, and the text. Then get back links from related sites with variations of the same keywords. That will get you 80% of the way there.

Now i got i need to very much accurate at building links not only links, but quality relevant back links.

I want to tell you one more thing, here is hug different between quality back links and only back links as same as big different between content or unique content so hope you got my mean just follow that step and doing work according to google guidelines that's it

On google, the backlinks is the main factor to have a good serp ranking while in yahoo, it's the content. Meaning yahoo is more on on-page optimization.
