Which factor stronger (the number of backlinks) or(the PR of the home page )for SEO ?

    When searching for good niches, I found a lot of sites with high PR but the competition with its subdomain or link not with the homepage. Giving the fact the page in that search doesn't have PR or a lot of back links.

    Can I compete these pages if I got back links only for my websites?

    Strong backlinks mean more than a high pr. If you focus on getting quality backlinks and have some good onsite seo, you can be successful.

    I think that Quality of the Web page Content matters,page rank automatically increases when we choose high page rank to build
    back links.

    I suppose that links and backlinks exchange can be very helpful in getting as much as possible traffic to your web sites.
