    Hi,

I'm going to register a domain name but most of the extensions are already registered, I have option to choose one of the following

    .in
    .co.in
    .co
    .name
    .me
    .mobi
    .ca
    .cc
    .ws
    .asia
    .ME.UK
    .ORG.UK

The website is not for local business it is for global business.......

please tell which one has high seo value..

Why not select another domain? It is not a very good idea to base your website on a non-.com domain extension as most users are gonna visit the .com instead.

But if I am forced to choose between the 3, I'll take .in instead. .co can easily be mistaken for .com while .name is not really designed for business purposes.

    You should invent another name,
and use .COM top level domain.

.in has the potential for the best long term value of those listed - but it could take a number of years for the .in extension to mature. As it stands, if you can register it, it probably has very little value with development.

Looks like you have updated your list. I'll say .cc is more popular, although .com is still highly recommended.

.cc was popular a few years back but is now a dying extension in terms of value. People practically give some of the better keyword .cc domains away.

If you concern on local as well, you must secure your domain name with .in or .co.in domain extension .
.in domain extension help you gain weight in SEO for local search engine. Beside that it build a trust while you are from local , and from local company .
If possible, buy another domain extension like .com to target the global. If you only target specific countries , you can only buy specific country domain extension . If you target the global then just go for .com .
.asia might be good for you to target asia market. But do remember .in , .co.in and .com are the best options for you .

You should go with another domain name because .com is good for SEO

Always use a .com for a business URL.. Doesn't matter if the URL name is good or not, most will use the .com and will be sent to whoever took the .com domain. Would really suck to build a good reputation later on and the reputation end up driving traffic to another persons site.
