    Hi
I am planning to freelance on the net. I am going to offer copywriting and article writing services. Now my question is which extension should I use. I know .com is the best but most of the .com domains are already registered. So should i use .biz, .net, or .in( I am from India)? If you have any other suggestions plz rply.

If .com is already taken, get a .net extension or .biz
This site is very helpful when searching for available domains

You should definately go for a dot com. Since you are a writer it shouldn't be too hard for you to find a good brandable dot com domain. Use your creativity.

.com is the best choice. But if you really can't find a good one with .com extension.Try to register one with .biz. .biz is also for commercial use.I think it'll become more and more popular in the future.
