Which Email service is good and WHY ?

Well ,
This is a very simple question but please provide your answer with WHY ?

Which Free Email service is good and WHY ?
1. HOTMAIL
2. YAHOO MAIL
3. GMAIL (Google Mail)
4. Any other

Please reply why ?

My answer : Yahoo is now the best because of their classic option. I was forced to switch to Yahoo from Hotmail last year after hotmail launched their new Version and UI and this is really not I expected. I used hotmail for 9years almost but with the new Version I am not happy and Now I switched to Yahoo because at the moment they provide option two use old version from current to version
1. Yahoo Classic [ OLD version ]
2. Yahoo Mail Plus [ NEW version ]

Well Mail plus is again similar to new version of hotmail, sometime back hotmail also provided two options to choose old and new , Now they have forcibly implemented NEW version which is same as Yahoo Mail plus but hopefully Yahoo wont force like Hotmail and will keep the option of Classic open

Definitely GMail. Period.

Has everything you need, works reliably, a LOT of features, POP3 access, POP3 access for other accounts to merge all emails, etc.......

Standard Yahoo does not allow POP3 access, does not have many features GMail has,...

 

Hotmail for me I use it from the day one I use the Net

 

Well, I am using Yahoo and Gmail !!

Gmail is good but i think yahoo is better as its more colorful !

Also Yahoo works better for me.

 

I think Gmail is the best Email service provider. There are many more services than an email.

 

I can't stand yahoo mail or hotmail. Hotmail is too cluttered and barely loads. Gmail is awesome because of the search feature which I use all the time.

@digital shubi gmail is not as colorful as yahoo but u can change colors in gmail too.

I like Yahoo! Mail as well as Gmail. They have great features and are reliable. Both of them have nice interface.

 

I prefer gmail than yahoo because it is faster to use and it has an option to set themes!

 

Wow more then 90% Gmail fans, I havent tried using it frequently but earlier when i tried i use to get lost in between emails when people keep on replying on top of it back & forth and then when i read the new email i get lost this was happening to me early days when it was new after that i never tried it , So those all who voted for Gmail hows your experience, lets take example of this thread when you quote and reply you can easily interpret , gmail does same thing it add on top like a QUOTE , so how you find the user experience , Please help

Othewise agree with good point faster loading , 99% accurate spam filtering. Moreover, they also provide very efficient POP3 and IMAP for free.

gmail is the best.... That too if you have Google toolbar in your browser, it would be even more useful.... That tool bar will highlight if you've got any new mails....
