Hello everyone, would like to know which e-mail service do you use and why (maybe usability, security, because of its popularity like famous brands, mean gmail, yahoo...) thank you for the answers
That's kind of an odd question. I'm not sure why it would matter what someone uses.. gmail, yahoo, etc.
He might be asking as he's considering switching, and wonders what people generally use. I use a rather vast array of different providers. I use Google Apps for Business, Exchange, our own IMAP/SMTP servers and I have a few normal GMail accounts for personal use.
Google Apps for business - hook it in to Outlook with sync tool and you have 95% of the functionality of a full Exchange server for $5 per user per month. Email is a hard service to run in my opinion so I let the big guys do it all.
I'm using my own hosted email. My Domain and my host. Using Roundcube Webmail service as webmail client. And using Gmail too cuz I am using a Android mobile.
We use self-hosted IMAP\POP3 service for the company + each employee has their own private email addresses. Mine are on Gmail.
We use our own mail servers. We tried Outlook and Hotmail, but those are terrible services from our experience. It is very common that they just trash emails that you want to receive.
We use outlook as well as our own hosted email address. I guess any email service is good as long as it has sufficient storage that suits your needs, and IMAP/POP3 settings for you to sync it with Exchange Services.
