    I would say 2 is better, not sure why your asking this though.

    Make sure your domain name files have hyphens in them, recommended by Matt Cutts ages ago.

    It uses hyphens in the URL name which is better for search engines to pick up each keyword seperately. The top two URLs in the 2nd choice go straight from the website domain to the URL file name, which i would again say is better.
