Most people who want to sell their domains with 6 figure prices would be extremely lucky to get 4 figures... Find a forum with domain experts and ask for an appraisal. I'm not going to provide links to another forum here, the people on DP forum are great, but there's really only one forum where the members are mostly domain professionals who can give you a realistic appraisal... try googling for 'domain forum' and the top result will most likely be the best place to ask your question.

It is good. But 6 figures is pushing it. The following have all sold for under 4 figures this year :

    Sales.us

    Restaurants.at

    Chat.se

    Casino.sc

And there are no reported sales of any .gr domains over $1000.

But you do have a good keyword, it's just a matter of finding the right buyer - if you hold out long enough, and promote it (Sedo.com, Afternic.com) you can get a decent price.

I have around 130 domains and have done some research on prices and the chance that your domain would go for 6 figures are slim and none. Almost all sites that go for that kind of price are top level domains, specifically .com. I own some world class domains but I doubt only 4-5 of mine would come close to 6 figures.

    Take a look at

    http://www.dnjournal.com/ytd-sales-charts.htm

for the highest domain sales in 2006 (diamond.com is the leader, selling for $7.5 million)

Also, all of the domains that sold for at least six figures were .com domains.

You haven't got a hope in hell of selling video.gr for six figures, sorry. You might get three figures for it if you're lucky but I wouldn't hold my breath waiting.

The most expensive domains are usually single word .coms. Occasionally, a .net or a .org will sneak through into the five figure range.

A domain only sells for a lot of money if someone with a lot of money wants it.
