If you had the choice to a domain name you wanted to develop, what would you choose out of: keywordkeyword.org or keyword-keyword.com I can't decide which one I want to use. Is there one better for search engine ranking, etc?
As for SEO, there is no difference. However, I think domain without "-" is better, even if it is a .org. So I would probably go with keywordkeyword.org. But isn't keywordkeyword.net available? Or I would most likely go with keywordkeywordsomething.com.
I think .net is better than .org, as .org domains might be considered as organizations (e.g. Greenpeace .org) - unless your website will be for an organization.
do away with hyphens as much as possible. this is perhaps why andrej wants you to get a .net instead. it's like second in ranking to .com
either go with the .ORG or think outside the box and find a better .COM. hyphens look bad, unprofessional, and have an association with spam/mfa intent.
I think that in this case, hyphen would be okay unless its an organisation website then you should go with the .org
