Which domain to use? singular vs. plural (search results attached)

    I am torn between choosing two domains. (google keyword helper info below each domain)

    Domain 1

    Nursinghomescityname (plural)
    local search: 720
    exact search: 170
    Est CPC: $1.19

    Domain 2

    Nursinghomecityname (singular)
    local search: 880
    exact search: 22
    Est CPC: $3.42

    As you can see there is a large difference between the Est CPC and exact search between the two names? Any idea what name I should go with or which one would create better value for us?
