I am looking for appraisals and advice: I have two domains in mind for a teen forum I will be putting up: TeenMovement.com or TeenagersTalk.com which one would you develop into a forums, and of course I would like appraisals too. ty
Hmm... they are both good in their own way. If it is tennagerstalk.com then I would go with teenmovement.com... if it is teenagerstalk.com then I think it is more fitting that teenmovement. The spelling mistake in the tennagerstalk.com is not good at all and will take away from the site.
that is indeed a typo...is is teenagersTalk.com thanks for your opinion and pointing out the spelling error.......
TeenagersTalk.com seems to a better domain for this forum. That's because it accurately describes what your site is about, and the keyword also has more Google searches. It could be worth $500 - $1000 to an end user. TeenMovement.com may be worth low $xxx.
thanks guys, i agree max, i think i will be deciding on TeenMovement.com....maybe I will develop the other into a blog....
Thanks you everyone for your input. i went with TeenMovement take a look if you want to see the initial layout (still waiting on logo) http://www.teenmovement.com Thanks again
Teenagerstalk would be better for a forum because of talk, teenmovement is more like a non-profit site
Talk encourages them to talk.. Movement can confuse them teeenagers.. they might not know what it means..
I think they're both good domains -- it's up to you on the development (and design) side to make one or the other really shine. Think about what exactly it is you want the teens to be talking about, too. That might help you make a decision. And be careful of teenmovement.com - sounds a little like a dance studio to me (which could be a good end user, if you end up looking for one).
I would go with TeenagersTalk.com, because it would be better for a forum in my view. At first, it consists talk, which implies people to recognise a forum, and it also has T-T => TeenagersTalk which looks and sounds great in my view..... So you should develop Teenagerstalk.com into a forums.
