    Hi,
There are many different extensions available right now. For businesses, i recommend a .com suffix. It is the first extension that most people try when searching for a Website. Also, since it is one of the oldest extensions, .com shows that your business has been around for a while and that you have a well-established presence on the Web.

Well, .com is intended for commercial/business type sites. .com does not mean that you have been inbusiness for a long time. since there are way to identify when was the domain registered and if it was found on the web archive befor you got the name. some people utilize .biz as a secondary name to their .com to indicated their business.

some people use .com just because it is popular, for example in the US if you type a domain name without extention in your browser /typicly the browser tries to resolve the name with .com first then it trys .net and then .org. This can be diffrent in other states as it might try plugin cc type domains based on your country. This has worked for me atleast:rolleyes:
