gipic and pipic are nice brandable words. You can use .org if the site is supposed to be free image host, else go with .com or .net.
there is soooo many image hosting sites out already, what do you plan to bring to the table that others have not? also try looking for a .com if you want to be ahead of the rest! * imgcenter.net * imgcenter.org are decent imo.
