What domain will be more valuable.. FineUrl.com or FineUrls.com Both are registered i think,, i just want an idea... Thanks
Well assuming they have no content, traffic, etc (to eliminate variables), I would pick fineurls.com (directory maybe). However, you can tell for sure (for other domains) by checking http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/suggestion/ and looking at the WT score. If there are more searches for the keyword(s) with the "s" then thats your name, if not, then the one without the "s" is your name. Just remember this is VERY general and can be domain dependent.
I very much so agree. If the domains are available I would register both. If you are REALLY serious, I would register both, plus common misspellings, plus other TLDs.
They are both valuable being short. Pluralizing I would say depends on the word. I would think in this case URL might be better than URLs.
In this case, I would say fineurl.com sounds better, just because tinyurl.com is one of the more famous domains with url in it and that is singular.
thanks all for your reviews, i will try to pick them both but i am also focusing on URLS not on URL because i am going to get it for a directory not for a site..
Try not to judge logically from the content of the site but what is best for the surfer to type too URL is an acronym very popular already. Adding plural is not bad but you will loose enough traffic from the singular form
If you can't decide between these two there is always a third option Find another related name something doesn't have to have plural something like URLDir (or something)
