    .com > .co.uk > .net > .org > .biz > .info

    I think that it depends on the neiche and also region you are from. I'd name .net - more suitable for the online business.

    .com is obviously best but it also depends on how good you are at promoting your .com, .net, .org, etc.

    I've got a .info that ranks #1 with a keyword that has over 300,000 results. Not huge, but significant.
