    I have learned alrealdy that when i buy featured links there is certain criteria i follow.
    the owner or site must be popular

    1. How many other directories in his network?
    2. His Dp posts and or Reputation
    3. His Prices as well as design.

    I have already watched myself buy links from a directory owner and 4 weeks later the site is up for sale..
    It does matter who, and what directory when selecting.
