Looking for feeback on which directories have the most impact on Google rankings. Of course there's DMOZ, Yahoo Dir and Business.com. What other directories do you feel are most powerful out there?

business.com is beneficial, more than another directory with the same category pr? $199 / yr for a PR4 or 5 listing ?

the category i wanted to submit to had a pr0.
so pr0 for $199 is a joke. plus i cant think of WAY better ways to spend $199 on SEO..

I'm sure that Google PR had nothing to do with their pricing for submissions.

    That's right.....

I'd rather have my site listed on a trusted PR 0
than a run of the mil PR4 or 5

The annual submission of $199 stings a little though...

It's not cheap but some of the best places to list aren't cheap. I think Google gives more credibility to links from trusted directories like business.com and other authority sites. Those are often expensive to list in.

    dmoz, and yahoo, of course

from what I see the link in dmoz will add the value to all current and
    all future links
