Which design is better?

Please guys, I really need your help and votes on this one, I really can't decide on which design is better:

Design 1 - Light Blue:

They are both skins for vBulletin and the forum I plan to use the design on is Webmaster Trades

I've had some people say that the Blue & Red is more lively and has more contrast, but I'd like to hear what you guys have to say!

The designs are both nice. The first one I am guessing is the standard one and looks good but the colors are so typical lately. The second one I do like the red idea and it gives it a more personal look only if you do a cleaner job intergrating it because with the current screenshot it looks like it isnt perfect.

The first one more people will like because the colors work but its played out from a person who designs too. I always like more branding colors and such thats why.

 

I like the darker blue better because often too many sites are just blue and there's no contrast. I suggest going with the darker blue with dark red in it.

I prefer the all blue one. You could always have multiple skins on your forum and let your members decide for them selves

 

I prefer the blu one to, its kinda smoother looking... and clean. Maybe the links on blue one would look better little bit darker that now. However, 10 points for bouth designs
