Which DC gives the most reliable/current SERPS?

Okay, this is what I want to know: when you want to see if something has changed in Google, which datacenters are generally the most current? Is there any order to it, or is it fairly random? What about Big Daddy and Little Daddy? Do they reflect new SERPs first?

Yeah, I was just there... the funny thing is, my site is gone on my home DC, as well as the one Trich mentioned...so I hope the above DC is also lagging and not current.
Most other DC's show my site, including Big and Little Daddy, so I guess it's wait for the dance to play out.
