which custum search engine do you prefer?

I've recently experimented with swicki to make custum search engines around themes. The results are alright, but I wonder: is there a better alternative out there? So which do you prefer?

 

I've been using for google. I did not yet used eurekster and rollyo.

 

For blog search I prefer technorati.

 

Like Bobchrist, I prefer technorati for blog searches, but Yahoo, only because of the other services they offer, as my basic search engine.

So far people prefer google, mostly. What is it that makes you prefer google coop? If you prefer something else, why?

 

We also use http://www.google.com/coop/ It is easy and fast to use.

I have only tried Google. Never used the other ones before.

Well, I've tried swicki - and though the search results are disappointing (yahoo-based - makes you realize how far behind yahoo really is) - I do like that swicki has a tag-cloud included. So if you use their widget (I guess that's what you call it) you get a search-box + tag cloud included. I think that's what won me over to use it for my own site.

 

I like using Google Co-op....
