which Credit Cards in India working for International purchases?

    So I had a SBI CC , I don't want to use it anymore for some reason's which I don't want to discuss.
    I want to know which bank's credit cards(not debit cards) work with online purchases such as paying monthly for proxies , Scrapebox license , hosting fees , purchases through paypal (By purchasing i mean paypal's payment gateway and not adding my CC to PP) etc.
    I know this has been asked several times on DP , but could not find any recent threads .

    In particular do ICICI CC work great ?

    I use Both SBI and ICCI as well as IDBI. I don't think it matters actually. You can purchase internationally until your card is Either associated with Mastercard or Visa.

    The Banks act like a middle man while Mastercard and Visa are the transaction handlers.
