You may try Cpx Interactive, they are alright cpm ad network.

$0.08 - $0.10 is not that good compared to other ad network.

Most places are required to send you tax forms if you make over a certain amount with them. If your site was rejected by all of those maybe you should make it higher quality first?

Maybe you want to give Axill.com a try. They've fixed rate of $0.20 per 1000 unique visitors and they pay via Moneybookers.

Yes, I got paid from Axill many times.
The problem with "not paid guys" is because they want quick money and usually drive invalid traffic like *bux advertising, robots, autorefreshers etc.

sorry to say,you just wasted your time.
cpx, redux, and mediashakers all use yieldmanager (aka right media).
you can tell if a network uses YM,just click on "log in".they all look the same.
the rates are going to be around the same on all of them.

I believe promoting your own ad network is against the rules.

Also I believe they pay only for unique views. So you would need to get 1,000 visitors to get 1,000 valid impressions.
