If a website has around 6000 uniques per month then which cpm will be best. (I am out of tribalfusion and casalemedia due to lack of traffic) :p

And do i need to use only banners or popunders? (i Heard pop ups and pop unders r not allowed along with adsense)

My first recommendation would be TribalFusion as well, but since you got declined by them I would recommend Snoork Ads (You can find a link in my signature). They pay pretty good, not as good as TribalFusion thought, but better the AdBrite or CpxInteractive.
