Which CPM network is best for a newly created sports blog?

I have created my sports blog 20 days ago.. Now, i want to monetize my blog. I can't apply for Google AdSense for 6 months because of their rule for asian countries. Right now i am using Chitika and i want to use a CPM ad network.. Which CPM ad network should i chose? My page views are around 600-1000/day right now and most of my traffic comes from USA, Canada and Great Britain.

600-1000/day traffic for new blog, are you sure those numbers are correct or are you buying traffic. Anyway chitika or bidvertiser could be the best options

those numbers are correct. This blog is around 1 month old and i was advertising it exclusively till last week. These numbers will only get better. BTW I am starting a new blog and i will need some good ad networks for it too. It will be a technology based blog..

That depends on the quality of your traffic, CPM networks will only pay out so long as some of the traffic is converting, if none of it is then their advertisers will complain, and they'll cut you loose. I would suggest Bidvertiser, and if the traffic ever reaches 300k-500k unique visitors a month, sign up to tribal fusion for the best rates, and casale media for secondary rates.

Problem with some of the ad networks is that they don't show relevant ads. I have chitika ads in my sports blog and they always show facebook ads. Why would anyone click on a facebook ad in a sports blog?

You'll have to optimise that over time, get in touch with your ad network account manager and say you would like those type of advertisements removed as they are not suitable for your website, because you have a niche it may result in a very low fill rate, to counteract this sign up to more networks and set up passback tags through google DFP. The increased amount of networks will help increase fill rate, and you can prioritise the order they show in via DFP based upon their current rates. Takes a bit of getting used to but it's worth it when dealing with large amounts of networks. There are no shortages of people wanting to buy your traffic.

Another thing you could do is go to buysellads.com and put your ad space for sale in the appropriate category there, for whatever rate you wish (be reasonable depending on the location of your traffic i can tell you rates you should offer as an adwords and adsales manager). That way people can search for your niche, and advertise specifically because they want to target sports, if they are smart advertisers anyways.

You could try BuySellAds if you have high enough traffic they are pretty good or infolinks.

Be active in the forums from those geographic regions, blog about topics trending in those areas, buy advertising targeted to those zones.

You cannot really expect CPM ads be relevant to your niche.

Another interesting fact to consider is you are from India and you see irrelevant ads. There's a good chance that your US,UK visitors might be getting the relevant ads. You can try a proxy and check the relevancy.
    I would recommend

    1. madsadmedia (CPM)
    or
    2. Adversal(CPM)
    or
    3. Qadabra (CPM)
    +
    Infolinks
    +
    Edomz (pop under)
    = Maximum revenue.. Cheers !!

    I wouldn't recommend madadsmedia.

They claimed on their website to provide high rates, I gave them a trial and sent 20,000 UK, USA, AU users to them, was told I would have an average CPM of $0.80 which is about average for that traffic. Got a grand $0.04, the ads were very spammy aswell. Was not pleased.

Even after I placed in the system that the minimum cpm to accept was $0.75 otherwise pass the ads back to my backup network, they still served the ads at the terrible rate.

MadAdsMedia is good for US, Canada and UK but not for the rest of the world. And they are using other ad networks. So basicly you have 2 middleman in between yourself and the advertiser which will lower the publishers overall earnings.
