    It really depends on the quality of your traffic, if the traffic never clicks through the company is going to scrap you pretty quickly.

    - You may try the ad network in my signature, they pay pretty good for cpm.

    - You may try also TribalFusion, they pay very good, but it's very hard to get accepted.
