I have been targeting Nigerians on facebook, although they do not really convert. I am also happy with what am earning daily and hoping to increase it. I want to ask if anyone has any experience on placing an advert target African countries like Nigeria, Ghana etc. I want to place a 0.01cpc advert for Nigerians, is this possible, will the advert show.

At 0.01 CPC I don't think any ads will display at that rate. But then again, I'm speaking as an American, and perhaps CPC rates for Facebooks ads are much more expensive when targeting USA users.

What I would recommend instead, is to create a Facebook Page for your website, and use the ad to direct users to there. Get them to "like" your Facebook Page. That way, you can post messages to them and be able to market to them as many times as you want. Also, I think CPC rates are higher if your Facebook ad directs off site, than if your ad directs within Facebook.

You are right, I have heard about this, but not tried it. Facebook hates it when you send their visitor away. your ad will not display in USA with 0.01cpc but countries like Nigeria, India, Philippines. I think I will make that research.

I tried, 0.01 per click on facebook get no impression. 0.1 got some, very low quality impression. 0.5 is a start to really work. But then you will find out you cannot really profit from that
