which cpa network is easiest to get approved to ?

Many CPA networks looks into the location where the publisher is located...But if ur in Asian countries u will be denied unless u have good ranked site.Not much difficut for USA and european countries.
And if ur in Asia try for CPAWAY its wasy to get in

Yes.. I also heard that peerfly is easy to get in. But they are asking for too much documentation... Such as IC?

I think it depends upon the quality of your site, but Amazon is best.
