If Your Website Have Very Good Traffic, You can receive approve account email in 2 days .

 

I agree that Amazon is pretty easy but they're definitely not the network that pays the best commissions.

Its depends upon the quality of your site..network needs quality and regularity.

 

Markethealth will auto-approve you. They sell health supplements and are a good place to start.

 

I'm going to be looking into CPALead myself, I've only heard good things about it so far. Clickbank is a joke to be accepted to, which makes me nervous to use it. Commission Junction isn't uniquely CPA, but has CPA offers and if you dig a little you can find some nice ones. Pretty much just have a site, don't offer crazy incentives to users for converting, be as honest and open as is required in any business relationship, and make sure you're at least willing to talk to someone on the phone/skype to verify yourself (I personally think phone calls for acceptance aren't needed except as like a last-resort necessity to verify something that seems wrong/fishy)

had amazon affiliate too, but still no luck on this area..

 

EWA network is a very good affiliate network but its a referral only network. If you can manage a referral form any affiliate manager from EWA then it will take a day to get approved.

 

Peerfly is definitely the easy one to get approve. Also CPAway.
