Which CPA Affiliates to join ?

I need CPA Affiliates (offers)to join but I don't know which offers. I have joined a few CPA : Clickbooth and Pepperjamnetwork.
But I need more to join and here are the rqrmts :

- Pay at least $10 per lead / Sign up
- Paypal payment
- International

Anybody can help me ?

try using cpalead or zango people have said they are the best. we signed up with zpa lead & are just working with them.

 

Marketleverage and hydranetwork are good too.

Thanks for all your offers. I need either CPA or offer that pays $10 per free lead without CC, must be International. Like Clickbooth...They pay us $10 just to sign up but after getting approved.

I need the exact one because I don't have much time to go through all offers in CPA. Tell me specific offer or CPA..
