Actually, rated the worst and most dangerous. Only gems like The Philippines are more dangerous. Mexico for example - more murders than all deaths in both Iraq and Afghanistan combined. Brazil - gore capital of the world. More deaths, cold blooded murders and freak car accidents than anywhere else. Venezuela - lawless country with lynching involving children as young as 6 year old take place on daily basis. Costa Rica - dangerous with locals shitting, pissing and throwing garbage into the sea like it's India. Ecuador - street justice on daily basis. If you value your life and possessions, not only stay away as far as living, don't even visit for a vacation.
