    Your opinion obviously sucks, lol.

The poor countries will suffer EVEN MORE, because the donations will dry up. When people in the UK/US can't afford to buy petrol, they aren't gonna donate to charities, meaning the charities cant help the poor countries. AND, the governments wont have the money to give to the poor countries, since they are so busy bailing out the banks.

The 1929's Great Depression is totally an economic nightmare in all globe and I think now is the second version or even worse than it! :(

This thread is all wrong. It is not about countries. It is about people.

Who will survive ? The ones that saw this coming and acted in advance !

I think every country in the world will be affected by this crisis, but some are more affected than others.

Check the news - oil prices have been falling steadily. OPEC has scheduled an emergency meeting regarding the oversupply and dropping demand in mid November.

I'm not sure anyone will be totally immune from the shake-up.

This crises will effect every country maybe not all at the same time but it will happen.. We in the US are in a recession right now and they are predicting htis is going to be worse then the The 1929's Great Depression. Not only do we have to worry about the econimy falling but we also have the war and many jobs being out sourced over seas, This will take years and years to recover from.

It is a fact that it is affecting the Arab countries as the gas prices have already dropped about a 1.00 a gallon here.

This is not just a crises that is affecting the banks and loans it is happening to everyone and everything. Many people are losing their homes due to the job loses with the out sourcing which is the main reason why the banks are failing.

It is only going to get worse before it gets better.

That also can be a likely reason for muslim countries not being affected by the crisis.

India here was badly affected. SENSEX dropped to 10K points recently.

Its a Fall of West and The Rise of East ! Middle east economy is rising day by day and eu/usa is facing the biggest economics crises thus far ! so my prediction is Middle east + China i'll survive China i'll be the next America and Middle east i'll be the next Europe ( lock my words )
(p.s China i'll also survive cuz unlike USA china is not spending Trillions dollars just in killing people )

probably eastern Asia ... they are affected heavily by the downfall of the American banks, but I think that China might end up being the strongest financial force in the world, in a year from now.
