Which country has most bloggers in the world?

I googled it but couldnt find any such data. Do you have any article related to this? Do you know which country blogs the most?? It is important for me to know this since I am planning to enhance my CTR by targeting these countries.

 

Hmm, I'd assume that it's the US, but I could be wrong.

 

I Think USA, second Japan, Third India. But no data though...

don't know excatly, but then i know that india has a lot of bloggers!
but then just bloggers or quality and rich bloggers is the question. most people do blogging these days, write there journals etc,

anyways, india has a lot of blogger

 

Blogging in Japan is a bit different, though. There are a lot of non-informative personal blogs by otaku and such.
It's more like a diary.
