    At the moment I looking dedicated servers, i thinking about these countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Poland.

    Which on are best for dedicated server?

    You should buy close to your audience, if your audience is located close to Poland then you should buy from there.

    From your selected country, Europe server would be good and best option for services to choose.. Like what no69_2007 said, its getting better when your server closed with your audiences.
