Last week I bought new Toshiba Satellite L500. Went to buy HP Pavilion DV6 1110AX, but finally took Toshiba L500 only because, almost every laptop seller here suggested me to go with Toshiba.

I'm using Fujitsu Siemens and not very bad but will never buy HP laptops. My friends use different models and burned one of hardware within a year.

Don't choose Apple. Overpriced eye candy. Acer is good for a low budget (they've stepped up their game recently) and HP, Asus and Lenovo for higher budget.

I have acer , hcl netbook, sahara and aci(older ones).

Out of these i would recommend ACER.

Netbook is ok for travelling but not if you wanna work on it whole day.

    regards,
    ASHISH THAKKAR
