I use 1and1. GODADDY is evil and I had trouble with hostgator but it was so long ago I forget what the problem was lol
Blue Host is affordable, also has the 1 click install. They also have good reliable super friendly staff, that helps you with technical issues.
I use hostgator which I have been happy with. I have a reseller account that I use for many of the domains that I have. Their support has been great also. Here's a discount coupon code that I found if you are interested in the reseller plan. Try "resellersplans" for the coupon.
Okay, I LOVE Godaddy... for their domains! They're friendly and helpful and have wonderful staff. But their hosting is expensive (they nickel and dime you to death) and not as userfriendly as for example Hostgator's. PLUS... I don't believe in giving ONE place too much power and like to keep my domain registrar and my webhosting in different places. So when it comes to hosting, I highly recommend Hostgator. They have outstanding tech support - very friendly, knowledgeable and patient - and available around the clock! I've been with Hostgator for years, and now have several different accounts including a reseller account. And when I set up my reseller account, I REALLY needed lots of help initially, and they were great as always.
You'd view and compare particular hosting provider with at least 5 different independent review sites to get a picture how reliable it is and what is the service quality by listening current customer quotes.
Its better to go for review before joining any hosting provider. But make sure you are joining a good review provider.
OVH are pretty good, but then again, you need to fully think about your requirements and specifications. Only you can decide that.
