Which companies to go for SEO?

    Hi,
    Which sites are the best for SEO? And at what cost. I heard soimewhere about SubmitExpress? Are they any good? What is the cheapest and the best alternative? Cheap in terms of one-off costs, rather than recurring ones?

    Any decent SEO isn't going to be done with a one off cost, unless it's on-page optimisation only. An effective SEO campaign allows for a continued link building strategy.
