Which color scheme is best?

Generally the best choose whice that is similar to the style of your homepage.
From this independently I would elect 5 or 6.

I am guessing you are a designers and developing your own site...

 

1 and 6. If you aks me it is always good idea to keep white background.

 

I like number 6. I imagine that this design must be the logo for your site. What is the colour theme for the rest of the site?

 

I would go with the Dark Blue color, its my favorite
