Hi can anyone tell me how to find financial related forums by googling code into the search bar. There are lots of lists on this forum for SEO which is not industry related for me.
I always use tool to check do follow blog..just type the keyword and you will find thousand of blog that dofollow
You might want to check forum directory like www.thebiggestboards.com and check forums for your niche.
Thanks for the link, I had forgot about that. What i am looking for is some code which will then return all the forums powered by say vbulletin. I can't remember what to type
Their are thousands of do follow financial forums out their. To find them simply try something like this in google: inurl:showthread.php +vBulletin +investment Auto fead this list into a db or textifle and spider each one looking for no follow attributes. Very first forum I selected to test was of course do follow: http://www.probrewer.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=8916
Thanks for the tip and guess what I found http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=834585. first page of google this forum has a whole thread. Anyway got there in the end.
That's an often asked question. One way is to install searchstatus or other SEO plug-ins that will highlight nofollow links for you. Otherwise just open the HTML source and look for rel="nofollow" or rel="external nofollow" in anchor text. You will find whether blog is dofollow. The same is applicable for forums and blogs.
You can search for these either using the inurl: command, or searching for the filename itself. * ifollowblue.gif, ifollowgreen.gif, ifollowpink.gif, ifollowpurple.gif, ifollowltgreen.gif, ifolloworange.gif, ifollowwhite.gif, * ifollowmagenta.gif * ifollow.(gif/png/jpg, take your pick) * utrackback_ifollow.gif * ifollow-red.png * inurl:ucomment * inurl:ifollow and add your keyword to the end of the search string +finance (this works for blogs perfectly)
