you're missing 2 pretty good ones.. which are dolphin: http://www.boonex.com/products/dolphin/ PHPizabi: http://www.phpizabi.com though as far as i know (i've only worked with dolphin) none of these are CMS systems they're social networking scripts right out of the box. For a CMS which will allow you to create communities probably Joomla with the Community Builder component can give you the most out of the box functionality. If you're not into joomla and want more powerful CMS's you can create good communities with ezPublish or Drupal. Some coding will be requiered but there you will have a true CMS + Social Community website
