    Personally I like wordpress as the most easiest and yes also the best cms ...I've also tried joomla and I must say it's also a great cms..No idea about Drupal or Magneto,didn't yet tried them.

    Haven't worked with other CMS, as Wordpress is best and easiest for my basic needs for running a website. Also almost all kind of plugins available for free. So my vote goes to WP.

    WordPress is easy to learn and to customize. You have to know PHP, HTML and CSS to customize it.
