Which CMS is best for Photo updating?

    i got a one NGO client where they need update by them self a photo & it description and it current event to the site. Any CMS is best for this process

    Coppermine, either on its own or integrated with Joomla works well.

    I think wordpress photo Blog theme or Gallery plugins that go with wordpress will be very easy to integrate and customize.
