Which CMS for these features?

OK I need a CMS that does the requests below easily if possible. Which would be the best?

User Registration & Member’s Area
Article’s Section
Email Contact System and maybe ticket system
Donation Options
Plenty of modules
Gallery Section where users can also submit pictures, rate them and leave comments
Maybe A Review System
Optional: A E-Commerce Module Or Built-in.

Also I would like one with plenty of themes as I will be running a pet site so I need a good theme for it.

I've been a big fan of joomla. I'm pretty sure you can do everything you mentioned..
