Which CMS can fulfil my requirements?? please help!

    i want to create a turorial site for which i need CMS!

    Basic requirement of mine is that my visitors can give comments;
    i am not going to ask others to submit anything there!

    i know writing such a software is not much difficult but i dont have much time that i write a software first and then write content!

    I dont want it like a blog; if i dont find anything then i will have to go for static pages;

    please tell me if there is some good CMS for me!

    You can give a shot at Mambo or Joomla. It has lot of features which will exceed your basic needs. Simple to use as well.

    oh you could try joomla i have it too www.ktmonline.com,and yea about joomla site ,go google type "sites using joomla" thats it there are many sites
