    I do not know but it is a bit poor so I think that this is a script created by owner of this site not any cms.

    I was trying drupal before but it is to complex for me,
    I was using Joomla before and also now on one of my sites,.

    But now I was just looking for exactly that script

    No, it's not that one. The fact that links are SEF-ed makes it difficult to guess what it is. Maybe someone can find a script using /contact_us.php link for the contact page.

    could be custom.. whatever it is.. its pretty simple to setup...find a good php programmer with modrewite experience.

    It's not anymore ellaborate then http://news.google.com and that works for them.

    http://english.cutenews.ru would always be my choice. You build the layout, it goes inside.. not the other way around. That's what frustrates me about all the other cms projects.
