Is there a web host going for under $10 a month (most seem to be around $7 atm) that offers the usual package of unlimited domains. and TB+ of transfer. with... the option to purchase lots and lots of unique IP's for cheap to assign to the various domains. my current host will make my upgrade to a reseller plan or buy an SSL for a unique IP, but I heard you can get them for $1 each with the right host.
