I use YM for those who used to have YM & MSN for those who used to have MSN. But I would prefer YM as it is easy to deal with. BTW one out of the way question, I am searching for archive records for MSN. In YM if you have set archive ON for every chat, you can find the archive files here, "C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Messenger\Profiles\xxxx (YM id)\Archive\Messages" If you get back up of this folder you can add the same archive to another computer, but I am not able to find such thing in MSN. Does anybody know it ?

As the results of poll, we almost use MSN and Yahoo. Skype is powerful, but rarely use. Is it not secured?

My phone has YIM, MSN & AIM so I use all three at once. It only becomes a headache when your getting messages on all three while driving down the interstate. For instance, the time I was talking on AIM to my wife and a client on MSN and told my client I loved him. That was a very awkward moment in my life... Very, very awkward moment.

Do anyone know why MSN is more popular according to poll? As i know, Y!M has many feature that MSN does not. Is it because of the habit ?

MSN is probably still the most popular I see requests for as far as business is concerned. AIM is pretty popular but I think sites like MySpace and facebook are taking over a lot of hte traffic these types of software used to have.
