I'm not an expert on paper, but I think that 13pt is just slightly thinner than the paper they use on a lot of paperbacks, so it isn't bad. I'll be watching this thread I hope they come out well for you - I just bought some cards myself recently that turned out bad (they used matt paper, and the type on the logo looked fuzzy) - it was very disappointing
yeah 100 bucks is about right. that's about what i payed for mine i think. as far as the designs go, i don't really care for either of them to be honest. i think maybe because of the black on one side and white on the other i don't know. matter of opinion really but there's mine for ya. i know you have it you to do something outstanding though
