    Form me, I'm using both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The Mozilla Firefox is the one i use to do the Seo task and the Google Chrome is the one i use to search engine.

    One of the best browsers to use to se if your site is SEO enabled for your keywords is Lynx it's just a text based browser so any flash, java, javascript e.t.c is ignored

    You should try Dino Browser (see dinobrowser.com). It has integrated SEO Toolkit, which includes a few article rewriters, social bookmark and article submitters (all manual) and bunch of other useful SEO Tools. It was launched recently and will be free for a half of year at least.

    I've been into SEO for quite long and firefox is the most SEO friendly that I used, you can get a tons of add ons and webmaster tools for free. but when it comes to speed loading I bet google chrome.
