Choose anything which offer great features.
Make sure to buy RAM which is compatible with your Notebook (DDR and PC Type also the maximum allowed memory for each slot). Timing and Latency is very important to choose high quality RAM.
RAM which uses (passive) cooler is recommended.

Brand is not important. Buy for the best price with these guidelines:
    1. Always buy RAM that carries a manufacturer's lifetime warranty.
    2. Always buy from a reputable vendor with attractive return policy.
    3. Always buy RAM with the specs set forth for your Mac model.
    4. Two reliable vendors are OWC and DATAMem.

The vendor doesn't make a lot of difference. The speed and latency is what matters the most. Corsair, Crucial, Kingston etc. are all pretty decent vendors.
