I just added a bookmark extension to my site and it has over 30 bookmarks. Besides Digg Delicious and stumple upon what are good bookmarks to have on my site.

    Thanks

    Hi,

There is also reddit.com or share links on facebook or delicious.com

I admit I have not used them myself, but they are a few others that I have seen about.

    Cheers

    Z

I consider all bookmarks to be equal. It just that they don't have the same category so you will have to search for something that has your category.

Aside from Didd, delicious and stumbleupon, I would recommend reddit, furl, oyax and mylinkvault. I find them effective for getting traffic for my blogs

Do any of these bookmarking sites deliver backlinks as well as traffic? - I'm not really interested in traffic but would appreciate a source of links.

It really makes a difference based on your niche and your memberbase.

Stumble works wonders for most of my sites, yet digg has done little to nothing...other sites are the complete reversal to mine. One of the issues with many of them is that they do not cater to my niche....and if a social site does not offer something for my users, then none of my users would bother to use it, and on the off chance they did, the users at the social site would likely pass it by.
